How Payments Work

When a business hires talent through Avenai, funds are held in a secure escrow account until the campaign is completed. This protects both parties and ensures that payments are only released once the agreed-upon deliverables are fulfilled.

For Businesses

  • Pay securely using your preferred payment method via Stripe.
  • Funds are held in escrow and released only after content is approved.
  • Manage payment history and invoices from your dashboard.

For Talent

  • Get paid directly to your bank account via Stripe.
  • View pending, available, and completed payouts in your dashboard.
  • Typically, payments are released 3–5 business days after campaign approval.

Security & Transparency

All payments are processed through Stripe, which adheres to the highest standards of financial security. Avenai does not store sensitive payment details. You’ll always have full visibility into where your money is and when it moves.
